The OpportunityAs our Food Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all major food safety and regulory standards including FDA, USDA, HACCP, and our companys Global Quality Standards (GQS). Youll help us maintain a safe, clean, and auditready environment while training and supporting our team to follow best practices.

Ensuring full compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and company food safety standards
Conducting GQS Internal Hygiene Process Audits to support continuous improvement
Monitoring sanition, food handling, temperure control, and documention practices
Leading training sessions on quality, hygiene, and food safety topics
Preparing clear, effective presentions and reports for leadership and crossfunctional teams
Supporting rootcause investigions and corrective action plans
Partnering closely with Operions, Culinary, and other internal teams to maintain high-quality production standards
Building strong relionships across the facility to promote a positive, safetyfocused culture
Experience in food manufacturing, food safety, quality assurance, or regulory compliance
Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, HACCP, sanition standards, and food safety practices
Confidence in delivering training, presentions, and crossfunctional communicion
Strong tention to detail and ability to lead or support audits and inspections
A collaborive mindset with the ability to influence and support teams all levels
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
