Job Title: Quality Control Technician I

Location: Sterling, VA

Location Type: Onsite

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/HR

Job Summary:

Adecco is hiring for Quality Control Technicians for our client in Sterling, VA. The Quality Control Technician I is responsible for ensuring that client products meet thepany's strict food safety, regulatory, and quality standards. This role requires keen attention to detail, a proactive approach topliance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and document quality control inspections and GMPpliance checks

Perform personal hygiene inspections of employees and verify adnce to Good Manufacturing Practices

Collect samples for lab and sensory testing

Perform routine equipment calibrations per QA procedures

Identify and report non-conformities to QA Manager or Supervisor

Experience & Skills Required:

Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and teamwork

Ability to work efficiently in a high-speed, results-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong written and verbalmunication skills

Previous experience in food, restaurant, or sanitation environments is a plus

Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food audits, or sous-vide production is a plus

Must be able toplete required training (Food Manager Certificate, HACCP, sous vide training)

Education Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalentbination of education and experience required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Onsite role in a temperature-controlled food production facility

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform inspections throughout the shift

Exposure to fast-paced environments and repetitive tasks

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
