Roles/Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and/or performs work on programming projects including those that are highly complex in nature and/or large in scale.
• Coordinates and/or writes test plans and test data.
• Writes complex software code and debugs software.
• Analyzes proposed applications for software regression suites
• Analyzes, reviews, and revises software to increase operating efficiency or to adapt new
• procedures.
• Prepares detailed analyses, plans, diagrams, and verification procedures for existing and proposed applications.

Mandatory Skills:

1. 8 years- Experience with designing automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically
2. 8 years- Experience in prioritizing test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios
3. 8 years- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and preparing test environments
4. 8 years- Experience in performing moderately complex functional, application, and regression testing
5. 8 years- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software development methodologies
6. 8 years- Able to interpret requirement documents and able to update test documents accordingly
7. 8 years- Strong familiarity with analysis, planning and management reporting functions
8. 8 years- Acquires knowledge of the Customer's business in assigned area
9. 8 years- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
10. 8 years- Able to work with Customer as needed during test cycle
11. 8 years- Excellent analytical; problem-solving; team playing; and oral and written communication skills
12. 8 years- Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities

Desirable Skills:

1. 2 years- Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates
2. 2 years- Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies
3. 2 years- Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components
