This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment where quality, compliance, and scientific accuracy are critical.The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in microbiology, laboratory operations, and GMP-regulated processes. This individual will collaborate closely with laboratory teams, manufacturing, production, and quality personnel to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform qualitative and quantitative microbiological analysis on raw materials, in-process products, drug substances, and finished pharmaceutical productsConduct microbiological testing using approved procedures including USP and NF methodsUtilize aseptic techniques and standard microbiological laboratory practicesPerform environmental monitoring in production and laboratory areasConduct testing of purified water and USP water systemsPrepare microbiological media and diluentsMaintain accurate laboratory documentation, records, and data filesReview laboratory data, identify trends, and assist with discrepancy investigationsSupport validation activities including cleaning validation and manufacturing line validationAssist with troubleshooting laboratory methods and instrumentation issuesEnsure compliance with GMP, ISO, safety, and quality standardsManage laboratory samples including labeling, tracking, storage, and disposalComplete additional assignments as directed by leadership***Drug screen & criminal background check will be required**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
