Quality Inspector - Contract To Hire Leading aerospace company is seeking a Quality Inspector II in the area of Birdsboro, PA. This role is crucial in ensuring that products meet quality, safety, and reliability standards, contributing to the company's commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Schedule of the Quality Inspector: 7am- 4:40pm 9/80 Pay Rate of the Quality Inspector: $28 to $29.50/hr Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector II: Measure and test raw materials and finished products for conformity to blueprints, CAD data, or specifications. Record inspection results, maintain logs, and complete quality reports. Identify, document, and isolate defective products to prevent shipment. Participate in root cause analysis to solve quality issues and reduce waste. Ensure adherence to standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100. Qualifications of the Quality Inspector II: High school diploma or GED required, with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience or technical certification preferred. ASQ Certified Quality Inspector or equivalent certification. Knowledge of CAD systems and QA software. Experience with ISO 9001:2015/AS9100 systems. Strong math abilities.
