Entry-Level Quality Analyst

Job Brief We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and wants to start a career in quality checking. In this role, you will help make sure our processes, systems, and customer interactions are working correctly and meeting quality standards. Responsibilities

Check if systems and processes are working as expected Review basic instructions and ensure tasks are completed correctly Identify mistakes or issues and report them clearly Re-check fixes to make sure problems are solved Review customer calls and chats for quality and accuracy Maintain simple records of your work Follow guidelines and suggest improvements when needed

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor s degree (any field) Good attention to detail Basic communication skills (written & spoken) Basic knowledge of Excel is helpful Willingness to learn and grow Problem-solving mindset
