Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections following established work instructions. Use standard measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part dimensions. Assist with calibration activities, including preparing tools and coordinating with outside calibration labs. Maintain inspection and calibration records accurately and completely. Ability to properly create and manage nonconformances from open to close. Initiate and investigate nonconformances, determine acceptance criteria, and disposition. Communicate findings clearly to production personnel and escalate concerns appropriately. Maintain assigned work area, equipment, and documents in an organized and compliant state. Demonstrate teamwork by focusing on assigned responsibilities Collaborating respectfully with QA and production personnel. Participate in audits and adhere to company safety and environmental policies. Adheres to all attendance requirements based on the assigned shift from the supervisor. Required Skills/Abilities: Associate degree or technical certification preferred. 5+ years of QA experience or similar manufacturing environment. Knowledge of multiple value streams within GF. Skilled with measurement equipment and ERP systems. Proficient in reading and interpreting complex drawings. Competent in Microsoft Suite Experience with data reporting and analysis, and root cause tools (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone). Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Demonstrates sound judgment when accepting or rejecting product. Maintains focus on QA responsibilities, teamwork, and adherence to procedures when resolving quality issues. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or technical certification preferred. 5+ years of QA experience or similar manufacturing environment.
