Supply Chain & Supplier Quality Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in supply chain management and supplier quality assurance. Bilingual candidates are mandatory. Candidates with experience in the automobile or aerospace industry are highly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a supplier-facing role, in aerospace or aeronautics
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001
• Full bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Client 365, Google Suite, Power BI
• Inventory management skills
• Supplier relationship management and workload analysis

• Central coordination role between buyers and the supply chain team
• Focus on supplier performance management, quality compliance, and continuous improvement
• Provide supplier feedback to buyers during tendering processes
• Manage supply chain and quality-related contract aspects
• Oversee supplier quality approvals and report on operational performance (quality, lead times, costs)
• Initiate and monitor recovery plans and improvement projects with suppliers
• Identify supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions
• Assess supplier capacity and performance
• Monitor new product introductions and work transfers to ensure industrial readiness
• Track supplier KPIs and develop action plans
• Lead business reviews with suppliers

• Office-based position
• 50% travel across North America for supplier visits
