You will be a Technical Production Test Senior for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues on various hardware systems, including missiles, military vehicles, and other defense equipment to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Technical Production Test Senior, you will be responsible for leading the testing and troubleshooting of complex hardware systems, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of problems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Testing and troubleshooting hardware systems, including guided or seeking missiles, military vehicles, and launch support equipment
- Identifying and resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure effective problem-solving
- Developing and implementing test procedures and protocols
- Leading and mentoring junior technicians to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development

Additional specialized training equivalent to a technical associate degree or demonstrated ability to perform technical/para-engineering tasks with 1 year of experience
Reliable attendance and availability for weekend overtime
Ability to acquire and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance Technical associate degree
Work experience in maintenance, production, test, or related fields
Electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting
Basic blueprint reading / understanding of schematics, technical drawings, industry specifications
Computer skills
Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge and ESD mitigation principles
Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9000
Previous experience using automated test equipment is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using a standard digital multimeter (DMM) is a plus
Familiarity with advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital power supplies, signal generators, digital multimeters is a plus
Experience with mate/de-mate of electrical connectors is a plus
Heavy equipment/machine operation (industrial/construction/farm/etc.) is a plus
Soft skills:
