Quality Supervisor

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor that enjoys working in a progressive, team-based environment and is committed to making a positive impact.

Position Responsibilities
· Identify and lead projects in the facility to implement corrective actions that are sustainable to resolve process defects and customer quality issues.
· Seek out areas to improve quality and function in facilities.
· Track daily KPI metrics for first pass yield, top defects, and report to management.
· Train employees on quality issues and defects.
· Maintain ISO compliant work instructions, administrative guidelines, and work aids.
· Participate in ISO audits.
· Identify defect issues and implement training in the facility to improve quality.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or related field is preferred.
· 3+ years of related experience in engineering or quality is preferred.
· Experience with and understanding of corrective action tools such as CAR’s, A3’s or 8D’s, preferred.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
· Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google, manufacturing EPR systems.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively write and communicate with all levels of the organizations.
· Ability to perform basic and complex analysis.
