Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area is seeking to hire a quality engineer to support our Camden, AR facility.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Quality Engineer Senior you will be responsible for tackling complex technical problems, delivering innovative solutions, and driving quality excellence across our Camden facility.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze and resolve quality inspection and assembly process issues.
  • Develop and implement new quality concepts and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve longrange objectives.
  • Generate technical documentation and knowledge extensions.
  • Provide independent problemsolving expertise on critical projects.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Bachelors Degree in STEM related discipline.

Advanced knowledge of AS9100D Quality systems and pertinent Quality practices.

Mechanical skills and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing understanding.

Ability to develop, apply, and analyze effectiveness of quality methods.Manufacturing and process improvement experience.

Defense or military contractor experience.

Working knowledge of SAP.

Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEAs, and Root Cause and Corrective Action processes.
Experience in working with MiniTab.

Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods.

Proactively review and develop documentation/drawing for compliance with requirements, use tools for documentation and corrective action of non-conformances.

Advanced interpersonal skills.
