Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Pomona, CA
Mode: 100% Onsite / 12 Months Contract
Pay Range: $20 to $25/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Carry out daily operations in the batch record department with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support record administration, review batch records, and prepare Certificates of Analysis/Conformance for material lot release.
• Facilitate the Change Control process within the electronic system, tracking development, approval, and implementation.
• Review and ensure compliance of manufacturing records, SOPs, logs, and other quality documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve systems, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in quality assurance, preferably within a medical device or in-vitro diagnostic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with quality processes such as incoming inspection, change management, and batch record review.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of federal regulations such as QSRs, ISO 13485, and CMDR is advantageous.
