A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Demonstrated work experience related to the duties of the position that included:
1. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in computer spreadsheet and word processing applications.
2. Current valid driver's license.
3. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
4. Demonstrated math and analytical skills at a level to compute inventory quantities and evaluate variances.
5. Background and experience in accounting and cash handling.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
- Possesses a minimum of one (1) year of experience leading NAF (Non-Appropriated Funds) inventory procedures
- Possesses one (1) year of experience maintaining hand receipts for organizational property and inventory accountability
- Possesses one (1) year of experience working with accounting codes, financial tracking systems, or budgeting procedures
