Quality Engineer

Required Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience) 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role Experience working in an IATF 16949-certified environment Strong knowledge of: o APQP / PPAP o FMEA (DFMEA / PFMEA) o Control Plans & Process Flows o Root cause analysis methodologies Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk) Preferred Automotive industry experience Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) Experience with customer-specific requirements (CSRs) Familiarity with audit standards (IATF, VDA 6.3) Key Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Effective cross-functional communication Results-driven with a focus on zero defect mindset High attention to detail and process discipline Opportunity to convert to Permanent employment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
