Lab equipment Education Required: Bachelor's degree in EE or CE Years' Experience Required: 4 years Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Proficiency in software skills such as: LabView and TestStand Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work and contribute in a team-based environment Exposure to digital and analog functional testing in a lab or work setting. Hands on experience with lab equipment: Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, DMM, etc Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
