Seeking a Sr Test Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing test systems, electronic troubleshooting, and medical device manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing test systems and test tooling at component level
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend design/process improvements
• Analyze test data and define changes to test equipment, procedures, and manufacturing processes
• Support development, redesign, and deployment of automated test systems and fixtures
• Coordinate repair activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Document failure analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities
• Support CRM and Neuro product lines in a production environment

Must Have Skills:
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electronic test systems/test tooling
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement experience
• Experience supporting medical device or electronic manufacturing environments
• Strong data analysis and test equipment/process improvement skills

Nice to Have:
• NI LabVIEW Certification
• Experience with automated test equipment and fixture design

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
