Quality Analyst Jobs
A Quality Assurance Manager in the quality control industry is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing procedures and protocols to ensure products or services meet the required standards and regulations. They design and monitor quality control systems, perform regular audits, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and oversee the team responsible for quality checks. They also liaise with other departments to ensure that the quality control processes are integrated throughout the business, and they are the point of contact for external inspections and audits.
Important skills for a Quality Assurance Manager include strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and excellent communication. They should be proficient in the use of quality control software and statistical analysis. Certifications that could be helpful for this role include ISO 9001 Quality Management, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and Lean Six Sigma.
