Field Engineer Jobs in Richardson, TX

A Field Engineer in the quality control industry is responsible for overseeing, inspecting, and assessing the quality of products, processes, and systems to ensure they meet the required standards and regulations. They carry out site visits, perform tests, analyze data, and write reports on their findings. Additionally, they may also be tasked with troubleshooting and fixing problems identified during inspections. Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are also beneficial. Prior to becoming a Field Engineer, a person may have roles as a Quality Control Inspector, Junior Engineer, or Process Engineer.
