We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Quality Control Technician Supply Chain based in our Lancaster, TX facility. This Quality Control Technicians primary responsibilities are capturing incoming material data and verifying that procured material are within INOBs required specifications. In addition, the Technician takes appropriate action to correct any problems, within guidelines, and notifies the FSQA Supply Chain. This person will report to the Quality Control Supervisor .
General Responsibilities :
Conduct Quality Control Sampling at designated warehouse
Evaluate and document quality of finished goods and raw materials, through use of sensory analysis and a variety of analytical instruments (e.g., digital scales, sizers)
Collect inspection data and reports in a timely manner to ensure that only quality and wholesome products are available to be prepared and served to customers
Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Management System (QMS)
Communicate (both written and verbal) potential nonconforming situations to Quality Management
Assist with monitoring warehouse and production facilities conditions and communicate any deviations to INOBs standards as it pertains to Food Safety, Security, and Quality
Ensure compliance with all regulatory program requirements, executing SOPs, reporting food safety and quality concerns, including reporting any concerns or issues pertaining to Food Security
Perform other work-related job duties as required. This may include assisting or contributing to special projects
Work Schedule + Benefits:
Full-time, Hourly Non-Exempt
Facility location: Lancaster, TX
Schedule: Rotating days off, must be available any day of the week
Hours: Start times vary between 4:00am 6:00am
Some overtime will be required
Flexible scheduling required, to include nights, weekend and holiday availability

Qualifications for INO associates:
In-N-Out Burger Store experience: Level 4 or higher
In-N-Out Burger Cookout experience: Level 4 or higher
Associate must be in good standing with the store (no written warnings within the last 6 months preferred)
Additional qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of Food Environment experience required
1+ years of In-N-Out Burger Store Experience Preferred
Working knowledge of microbiological and environmental testing procedures preferred
Working knowledge of occupational safety standards preferred
Strong communication skills- including verbal and written skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
An eye for detail and the ability to remain extremely focused on tasks
Strong technical knowledge in computers/software
Solid research and report writing skills
Preference towards working as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and outside organizations to represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Work environment:
Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Able to work in cold conditions; ability to withstand prolonged work assignments in temperatures as low as 34 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the shift
Technicians may work near moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels - Exposure to food grade chemicals may occur
