Hours & Pay
Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $17 - $18 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for long-term opportunity
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining world-class quality standards by:
- Performing incoming, in-process, and final product inspections following defined procedures.
- Documenting inspection results and accurately maintaining quality records.
- Identifying, reporting, and assisting in resolving non-conformances.
- Reviewing certifications and documentation for received components and addressing discrepancies.
- Supporting calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
- Collaborating with production, engineering, customer service, and planning teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Contributing to process improvement, methodology development, and equipment optimization.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma with 2+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Basic understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and quality sampling plans.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).
- Competency with Microsoft Office or similar software for reporting and documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform detailed inspection work.
