The Supervisor of BDC Training and Quality Assurance plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the Business Development Center (BDC). This position is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and training support for our BDC partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Q uality A nalyst & Training team, fostering development and performance excellence.

  • Provide significant input into the Learning and Development strategy and roadmap for BDC Sales and BDC Coordinators.

  • Deliver actionable recommendations through data analytics, opportunity planning, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop a nd execute training strategy to support e xisting employee base.

  • Proactively identify trends through Quality Assurance data to identify individual and departmental training needs.

  • Partner with Leadership to develop and deploy key training initiatives to support business needs.

  • Seek to improve program offerings through the use of technology and new techniques for successful learning experiences

  • Manage workload of the Training & Quality Assurance team.

  • Actively facilitate VILTs (Virtual Instructor Led T rainings ) , complete Quality Assurance tasks , such as reconciliation .

  • Assists team with scheduling training sessions and building communication plans to increase attendance and compliance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives .

Qualifications:

Education & Training

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Additional certifications or advanced education are a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).

Experience

  • 23 years of leadership experience in training environment preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive process improvements and performance enhancements.

  • Strong understanding of Training Facilitation and /or Quality Assurance principles.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and vendor relationships.

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $67,670.00 - $98,125.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
