QA Specialist - Help Lead Quality, Innovation, and American-Made Manufacturing

Location: Grove City, OH | Full-Time | Top Pay + Benefits

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (with built-in overtime and every other week, 4 days off in a row!)

American Nitrile is seeking experienced QA Specialists to join our high-performing team. As part of our quality assurance leadership group, you'll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards for the gloves we proudly manufacture right here in the U.S.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performing hourly in-process and finished goods inspections

• Identifying and resolving quality issues across production lines

• Acting as a key resource for problem-solving and process improvement

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation protocols

• Working closely with production and lab teams to drive consistency and accuracy

• Reporting issues and trends to QA leadership

• Leading by example in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

What We're Looking For:

• Quality experience in a manufacturing setting (medical device experience a plus)

• Experience with in-process and finished goods inspection

• A self-starter with strong attention to detail and initiative

• Someone who enjoys solving problems and staying hands-on

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset

• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality and safety
