What You'll Do:

  • Ensures materials and product are within print specification
  • Inspects product to ensure it meets both internal and external specifications as well as all regulatory requirements.
  • Appropriately identify and segregate nonconforming product and initiate a nonconforming material report per internal NCMR procedures.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties to provide an organized and safe working environment
  • Provides feedback to improve inspection efficiencies or department throughput.
  • Reviews data sheets / inspection requirements for accuracy to the drawing specification.
  • Performs job responsibilities efficiently to meet department productivity goals while maintaining strict quality standards.

What You'll Need:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Basic knowledge of GD&T, and Inspection methods.
  • Basic mathematical skills to manage units of measure, fractions, decimals, whole numbers
  • An understanding of quality standards (ISO-13485) & regulatory requirements (21CFR820)
  • Possess effective communication skills and interacts in a professional courteous manner with
  • CMM experience preferred but not required; must be willing to learn
