A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking a Quality Control Specialist. In this role, the Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for supporting compliance, quality assurance, and service monitoring efforts within their Operations team. About the Opportunity: Assignment Length: 6+ months Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Hybrid: At least 2 days a week at either Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA Responsibilities: Monitoring and evaluating service interactions for quality, consistency, and compliance Documenting and delivering feedback to team members and leadership Identifying areas of improvement and recognizing positive performance trends Reporting patterns that may indicate fraud, abuse, or procedural issues Recommending improvements to increase efficiency and member satisfaction Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant Quality Control and/or Compliance experience Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of Federal regulations and Quality Assurance methodologies Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong analytical problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams Desired Skills: Knowledge of Quality Systems, Internal Controls, and Financial Services Operations Background in Training and Staff Development Experience supervising or mentoring team members Ability to influence and guide team performance Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
