Quality Assurance Supervisor
Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite) Full-Time | $75k$85k | Supervisor Level
Seeking a hands-on QA leader with electronics manufacturing experience to oversee quality systems, audits, inspections, and compliance. You'll lead a small team, own ISO 9001 and UL certification processes, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
What Youll Do:Manage ISO 9001 and UL certifications (UL 94, UL 508A)
Lead internal and external audits
Oversee inspections of PCBs, assemblies, and sheet metal parts
Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPAs
Maintain quality documentation and performance metrics
Supervise and develop the QA team
5+ years QA/QC in electronics manufacturing (2+ in leadership)
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC, and UL standards
Experience with RoHS, RMA, and inspection tools
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Bonus: CQA certification, ERP/QMS software experience, or high-reliability electronics background.
