Quality Specialist Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to ensure product and procedure accuracy using the Plex system. The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, micrometers, and calipers, maintaining records, and performing final inspections of parts to guarantee quality before shipment. Responsibilities Utilize the Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy. Read and interpret micrometers and calipers. Accurately measure completed products and maintain precise records. Complete repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail. Perform final inspection of parts to ensure accuracy and quality before shipment. Print and label boxes or containers. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail. Previous manufacturing experience, particularly with heavy industrial and larger products. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with quality control, inspection, and measurement tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic analytical skills and experience with audits. Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility, housing 120 employees and expanding to three shifts, consists of two separate buildings and is undergoing upgrades.
