Quality Control Inspector - Night Shift

Responsibilities

Evaluar los productos elaborados en las diferentes líneas de producción con el fin de garantizar que los productos cumplan con los requisitos de calidad establecidos.

• Inspeccionar productos en línea para verificar atributos, métodos, embalaje e identificación.
  
  
• Realizar y registrar ensayos de calidad (dimensiones, hermeticidad, impacto, peso, etc.).
  
  
• Reportar defectos y no conformidades según procedimientos establecidos.
  
  
• Evaluar materias primas y verificar calibración de equipos.
  
  
• Aprobar cambios de color o materia prima tras validación.
  
  
• Aplicar muestreo a productos en cuarentena, devoluciones y terceros.
  
  
• Verificar cumplimiento de especificaciones, SOPs y BPM.
  
  
• Capacitar a nuevo personal en control de calidad y buenas prácticas.
  
  
• Apoyar acciones correctivas, proyectos de mejora, auditorías y reclamos.
  
  
• Cumplir con normas de seguridad, salud e inocuidad.
