Quality Inspector Sun Valley, CA Full time - Direct hire Monday thru Friday - 7am to 3:30pm $18 to $19hr depending on experience . A leading producer of Flex, Rigi-Flex and Rigid PCB's and advanced PWB manufacturing for military and consumer industries is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team in Sun Valley. Summary : Seeking an individual to interpret and understand the directions set forth in QC-2. Inspection personnel will have Inspection experience in shop environment. Responsibilities: Perform In-Process and Final Inspection on all products. Perform standard rework and log discrepant product on travelers as required. Operate the XY Coordinate Measuring Machine Perform First Articles on Image/Develop, Lamination, NC Drill, O/L Image, Etching, Rout, Hardware, etc) Requirements: 2+ years of experience. Experience in visual Inspection techniques using a stereo microscope. Experienced in the use of XY Coordinate measuring machines. Must know calipers. Shop Mathematics. Knowledge of machine shop tools and measuring equipment. Understand and Complete shop Travelers. Interpret manufacturing drawings. Interpret Customer Specifications.
