Job Description

Inspect and assemble aircraft components, subassemblies, and airframe structures according to engineering specifications and regulatory standards.

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on aircraft parts and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and inspection.

Ensure that all components meet safety and regulatory compliance, including FAA, TCCA, and EASA standards.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during assembly or inspection.

Document inspection results and prepare reports for review by supervisors and engineers.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with company procedures and standards.

SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES is looking for :

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in aircraft assembly or inspection, ideally within a large aerospace or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of aircraft structures, systems, and assembly processes.

Experience with both manual and automated assembly tools.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FAA, TCCA, and EASA standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and engineering drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.

A valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License, or equivalent certification, is preferred.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP or other industry-specific software.
