Our client is seeking a QA Technician to join their team. As a QA Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the overall safety and quality initiatives of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Technician (Direct Hire)

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $24.50

What's the Job?

  • Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
  • Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.
  • Supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

What's Needed?

  • Relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Ability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.
  • Availability for overtime as needed.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Certifications related to quality assurance (e.g., 100006, 100038) are preferred.
