Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to lead test strategy, execution, and automation efforts across complex systems. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on testing, automation expertise, and analytical problem-solving to ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing
  • Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using modern tools and best practices
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Conduct API testing and debugging to validate system integrations and data flows
  • Analyze application logs and system behavior using monitoring tools to identify root causes of defects
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using defect management tools
  • Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in test planning and execution (manual and automated)
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript) for test automation
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for scripting and test development
  • Experience with API testing and debugging tools (e.g., Fiddler)
  • Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Kibana
  • Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes
  • Knowledge of performance or security testing methodologies is a plus
