Job Description

We are seeking a QA Analyst II to join our team. The candidate will execute and improve test processes, collaborate with engineering and QA leads, and support the delivery of high-quality features. The candidate will operate independently, contribute to test strategy, and take ownership of execution within defined scopes.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.
  • Reproduce, document, and triage bugs and partner with engineering to drive resolution.
  • Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans.
  • Support QA leads in test strategy and test plan creation.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress.
  • Conduct Product Audits with QA lead guidance to analyze and improve QA test coverage.
  • Conduct Bug Audits with QA lead guidance to analyze and identify product areas for improvement.
  • Provide release readiness support for medium and small features.
  • Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features.
  • Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads.
  • Work onsite as needed to collaborate with engineering and QA teams.
  • Support stealth projects that require diligence in execution.
  • Support safety and model testing, including scenarios that may expose testers to unsafe content.
  • Run and lead innovative testing techniques such as benchmarking and battery testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proven experience writing and executing test cases and test plans.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics.
  • Comfort working onsite and engaging with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with test automation and code reading.
  • Exposure to benchmarking and performance testing.
  • Familiarity with AI agents or AI tools to support QA workflows.
  • Background in Trust and Safety testing.
  • Domain familiarity with social networking applications.
