Quality Engineer

• Advanced Backend & API Automation (Java or C#): The ability to build scalable frameworks from scratch using RestAssured. They must be able to write complex code to test APIs and handle backend data validation, not just basic UI/Selenium scripting.

• Big Data & Complex Architecture Testing: Proven experience validating data integrity within a complex big data ecosystem. They need to understand data flow, data pipelines, and how to write advanced queries to verify large datasets.

• Strategic Quality Engineering (Real-World Application): The ability to articulate and implement macro-level testing strategies. They must be able to demonstrate how they’ve mapped QE theory to complex, real-world project scenarios in past roles.

• AI Literacy & Early Adoption: Demonstrated personal or professional experience leveraging AI (e.g., using AI-assisted coding tools, testing AI/ML models, or prompt engineering). They must show a tech-forward mindset.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, high-caliber Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality strategy and automation for our internal and external applications. In this role, you won''t just execute textbook scripts—you will own the testing architecture, design advanced automation frameworks in a big data environment, and actively champion the adoption of AI-driven testing practices.

• Lead QE Strategy: Design and implement robust test plans and automation strategies for complex, large-scale application changes.

• Advanced Automation: Build and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks from scratch using Java/C#.

• Collaborate & Influence: Partner closely with Developers, Architects, and Product Owners in a SAFe/Agile environment to influence software requirements and improve end-product usability.

• CI/CD Integration: Embed automated regression suites into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, high-quality delivery.

• Mentor: Train and elevate team members on modern testing processes, procedures, and emerging framework patterns.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Engineering or Automation Architecture.

• Strong Programming Skills: Advanced hands-on proficiency in Java (Cucumber-TestNG, RestAssured, Maven) or C# (NUnit, RestAssured, NuGet).

• Big Data & Complex API Experience: Proven experience testing complex data environments, backend APIs, and data validation pipelines (not just basic UI/Selenium testing).

• CI/CD & Version Control: Solid experience with Bamboo and GitHub .

• AI Tooling & Mindset: Demonstrated personal or professional experience leveraging AI utilities (e.g., AI-assisted testing tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or testing AI/ML models). We are looking for early adopters.

• Experience in Healthcare IT, specifically pertaining to Medical Claims processing .

• Experience working within a SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) team structure.

• A strong portfolio of designing real-world testing scenarios for highly complex data architectures.
