Seeking a driven, self-managed IT Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes initiative to move work forward. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Quality business functions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product Management, and Quality Operations to deliver solutions.
• Lead or support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions.
• Ensure deliverables are completed with minimal supervision and high accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Quality Systems implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Product Management, and Quality Operations teams.
