Senior Quality Inspector - Contract to Hire The Senior Quality Inspector position is located in the Merrimack, NH area and offers a unique opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation in manufacturing. Shift of the Senior Quality Inspector: 1st shift: can start from 6am - 7:30AM Pay Rate of the Senior Quality Inspector: $33 - $41 per hour. Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Inspector: Perform special inspections of developmental and prototype parts involving a high degree of complexity. Assist engineering personnel in reviewing and developing inspection methods and procedures. Conduct complex mechanical inspection operations to certify conformance to specifications and quality standards. Devise, set up, maintain, and operate a variety of mechanical, optical, and electrical inspection equipment. Maintain inspection records and perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications of the Senior Quality Inspector: A High School diploma and two years of post-high school technical education or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in Precision Inspection. Experience in Receiving Inspection. Knowledgeable in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ANSI Y 14.5. Understanding of True Position concepts and experience with Coordinate Measuring machines.
