Overview:
The Quality Assurance(QA) Analyst associate will join our team of experienced information system associates and provide support to our teams by ensuring the quality and reliability of our products at the Scheels Campus in Fargo, ND.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with project managers and development teams to create comprehensive test plans that outline the testing scope, objectives, resources, and schedule
- Developing detailed test cases based on project requirements, functional specifications, and design documents to systematically evaluate software functionality
- Documenting and reporting any issues, defects, or irregularities found during testing and working with the development team to ensure timely resolution
- Conducting regression tests to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities and that the overall system remains stable
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential risks
- Maintaining detailed and organized records of test plans, test cases, test results, and any other relevant documentation to facilitate communication and project tracking
- Coordinating and supporting end-users in executing UAT to ensure that the software meets their requirements and expectations
- Staying informed about industry trends, new testing methodologies, and emerging technologies to enhance personal and team skills

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the software development process, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess strong documentation and communication skills.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
