Senior Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester UWS P/T

Help Us Verify and Certify Software Before Release

CRC Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (QA) professional to thoroughly test and validate several business applications prior to customer deployment.

This is not a developer position. We are looking for an independent, detail-oriented professional who can systematically test software, identify defects, verify fixes, and provide a final acceptance report confirming whether the application is ready for production use.

Responsibilities
Create comprehensive test plans and test cases
Perform functional, usability, workflow, and regression testing
Test user permissions, notifications, document workflows, and reporting functions
Verify email, SMS, document management, and automation features
Test integrations with third-party applications and APIs
Document bugs with clear reproduction steps and screenshots
Retest issues after fixes are completed
Prepare formal testing reports and recommendations
Provide a final readiness assessment before deployment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of software QA/testing experience
Experience testing web-based business applications
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written documentation skills
Experience using bug-tracking and project-management systems
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following:

Document Management Systems (DMS)
Electronic Signature Platforms
Workflow Automation Systems
CRM or Case Management Software
Government or Compliance-Related Applications
SaaS Platforms
Paperless-ngx, OpenSign, or similar systems
