The Quality Technician is r esponsible for support of operations to ensure quality and operational goals are met. The Quality Technician will utilize an engineering approach to improve manufacturing efficiencies and the quality of all products while reducing manufacturing costs.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform basic statistical analysis and communicate results to teams.
- Assists in failure analysis, investigation and CAPA activities.
- Identify areas of improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Perform testing, gather data, and analyze results of product testing and process monitoring.
- Use documentation systems to research information and generate Change Requests.
- May assist in developing and qualifying test methods, data sheets, test fixtures, and testing equipment.
- Initiate and assist in the investigation and disposition of Non-conforming material.
- Assists in gathering data, compiling information and assisting management in development of metrics and reports.
What You’ll Need;
- Education and Experience Typical minimum education and experience required is a two-year Technical Degree (AA, Certificate) and 1—3 years related experience.
- Experience with Medical Device manufacturing is considered a plus.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger to operate computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

- Communication Skills - Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company.
