Aerospace manufacturing company seeking Quality Inspector to perform final inspections of finished process jobs per internal company, customer requirements and specifications.

Requirements:
Perform final inspection of finished process job prior to shipment and next process.
Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and quality documents.
Follow defined sampling plans and inspection criteria.
Check and document dimensional measurements with appropriate equipment.
Document inspection results in job traveler.
Responsible for ensuring that all parameters of work instructions are met, and completely filled out.
Ensure processing coupons are included and documented on the job traveler.
Log non-conformance and job details
Create post process customer notifications and send to Quality Lead.
Responsible for the daily general cleaning and organization of the work area.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Has the Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
Has the Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all measure units, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
Has the Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Uses equipment and materials properly.
Is consistently at work and on time; Arrives at meetings on time. Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
