Job Description

We are looking for a capable and energetic Environmental Test Engineer. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and improvement for sophisticated manufacturing test stations and analyzing the data those stations generate. In our dynamic and rapidly growing business, you will thrive if you have a broad-based knowledge of engineering and product design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and debug test automation software.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers and software developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry developments.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on test equipment and test methods.

Essential Skills

  • Thermal Vacuum Testing, Vibration Testing
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in writing software such as C# and Python.
  • Basic understanding of electronics.
  • Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Permanent Resident Card Holder.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience with automating electronics test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
  • Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

Work Environment

The position is based on-site in Midland. This direct hire opportunity includes relocation assistance, a stipend, stock options, and lodging benefits. The work involves using technologies and equipment related to test automation, electronics, and databases, ensuring a professional yet innovative atmosphere

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Midland, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

Client will pay for relocation costs, stipend, hotel stay for 3 months
