Cognate: QC Analyst I-Microbiology

Are you passionate about microbiology and quality control? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Analyst to join our QC Microbiology Department in Memphis, TN. • Perform routine environmental monitoring, product-release testing, and raw material testing.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain data integrity.
• Manage laboratory supplies and inventory.
• Review test results for accuracy and maintain efficient workflow.
• Assist with laboratory upkeep and organization.

• Bachelor's degree in biology or a relevant scientific discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience or experience in a cGMP and/or FDA regulated industry.
• Ability to work in a Clean Room environment with full gowning requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge in Microbiology and aseptic techniques.

• Familiarity with laser particle counters, viable air samplers, microscope, Endosafe® Instrumentation, PCR, BacT/ALERT systems.
• Experience in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
