Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with 3PL employees and internal customers to address shipping discrepancy claims.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate between the shipping office and claims analyst team to support customer claims processes.
- Assist the Quality team in achieving quality targets and driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee the returnable container program administration.
- Participate in operational activities, which may include occasional lifting of up to 35 lb.
- Work in both office and warehouse environments, requiring walking and standing on the shop floor.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in computer and data analysis skills.
- Experience with data entry, report generation, and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- College Degree Preferred
