Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Quality Supervisor in Kennesaw, GA! Relocation assistance offered for qualified individuals.

Shift: Monday – Friday | 1pm-9pm

Summary:

Supervise QA Technicians and oversee daily quality activities on the production floor to ensure food safety, product quality, and compliance with standards (SQF, HACCP, GMP). Provide technical guidance, support audits, maintain inventory, and help lead continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

	
• Supervise, train, and support QA staff
  
  	

• Advise teams on quality and food safety issues
  
  	

• Oversee product quality, reviews, and releases
  
  	

• Coordinate audits, inspections, and inventory of lab supplies
  
  	

• Support hold, trace, and recall activities
  
  	

• Fill in for QA Manager as needed
  
  	

• Promote good manufacturing practices and a safe, clean work environment
  
  	

• Address customer complaints and participate in incident investigations
  
  

Qualifications:

	
• BS degree or equivalent experience in food manufacturing
  
  	

• 2+ years supervisory QA experience
  
  	

• Food production QA knowledge required
  
  	

• Flexible schedule, including weekends
  
  	

• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
  
  	

• Ability to work on production floor, lift up to 30 lbs, push/pull up to 45 lbs
