Responsibilities
Inspect, sample, and approve or reject incoming materials and components
Review receiving records for components, packaging, and labeling accuracy
Ensure materials and finished products meet established quality specifications
Release approved materials and finished products from quarantine
Review and approve batch production records and testing results
Monitor manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and storage processes for compliance
Support GMP standards and regulatory requirements across operations
Conduct facility audits and internal inspections
Write, revise, and review SOPs and work instructions
Collaborate with production teams to improve quality systems and processes
Ensure testing, examinations, and sample collections are completed accurately
Maintain detailed documentation and confidential quality records
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceutical industries preferred
Knowledge of GMP standards and quality assurance processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to powders and industrial conditions
Ability to understand and follow SOPs and quality procedures
Pay
$22.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
