QA Supervisor - (Temporary and Remote)

Maximus is currently looking for remote QA Supervisor to join our team. This remote QA Supervisor position will be responsible for providing front-line, first level management and leadership to direct reports with the goal of meeting program objectives and customer service level agreements within the FEMA project, which is the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
This position will require you to have availability to work an eight (8) hour shift, (5) days per week anytime between the hours of 6:30AM to 2:00AM EST (including weekends)
This position is a Temporary Remote - Work at Home position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Monthly "1x1" meetings with staff and evaluate employee performance and make recommendations on employee Bonus and Merit incentives.
Identify and set monthly individual/team goals.
Develop Quality Checklist, based upon client requirements.
Identify avenues to improve business processes by analyzing quality evaluations and making recommendations to operations management.
Prepare daily and weekly updates for QA Management based upon monthly sample and staff productivity.
Participate in internal audits of policies and procedures of other departments.
Act as subject matter expert for the Quality Assurance team members.
Supervise quality control tasks related to loan intake, mail intake, payment processing and back-office non-financial processing functions.
Review and distribute daily work.
Verify accuracy of timecards against approved schedules.
Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks.
Comply with all company required policies, procedures and processes including but not limited to required training.
Direct subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
Discuss job performance concerns with subordinates to identify causes and issues and works closely with the Human Resources department on resolving problems.
Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
'-Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree.
-Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
-Conduct Monthly "1x1" meetings with staff and evaluate employee performance and make recommendations on employee Bonus and Merit incentives.
-Develop Quality Checklist, based upon client requirements.

-Participate and/or lead in internal/external calibration sessions
-Partner with other functional areas to discuss successes and opportunities for improvement
-Must be US Citizen per client requirements
-Ability to pass a federal background check
-Must reside in Contiguous US
Minimum Requirements
'- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Home Office Requirements:
Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
Minimum 5mpbs upload speed
Connectivity to the internet via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
Private and secure work area and adequate power source
Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
Must have a smartphone which will be required to log into Maximus systems
