HTI is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in the Greenville area for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about driving continuous improvement, solving complex problems, and ensuring world-class product quality.

What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline

  • 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with quality methodologies such as:

    • APQP

    • PPAP

    • FMEA

    • SPC

    • Control Plans

    • Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management systems

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of an organization

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

What Your Role Will Look Like
  • Lead investigations into quality issues and implement effective corrective actions

  • Support customer, supplier, and internal quality concerns from identification through resolution

  • Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, documentation, and standards

  • Participate in new product launches and process changes to ensure quality requirements are met

  • Conduct internal audits and support customer and third-party audit activities

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve process capability and product quality

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, waste, and variation

  • Monitor quality performance metrics and report progress to key stakeholders
