Quality Technician

1st and 2nd Shift | Full-Time

Were looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Technician to support quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that values quality and continuous improvementthis is the role for you!

• Conduct production line audits and identify quality issues
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with company & customer standards
• Perform quality inspections on parts and finished products
• Assist with root cause analysis and problem-solving
• Support scrap reduction and continuous improvement efforts
• Review work instructions and verify proper line setup
• Participate in 5S audits, layered process audits, and production meetings
• Help investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams
• Support new product launches and quality validations

• High School Diploma (preferred)
• Manufacturing or quality experience (preferred)
• Experience with electronic components is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing processes
