The UHS Corporate Compliance Department is hiring a Compliance Analyst to provide support to the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer (CCPO) and/or a UHS Division Compliance Officer (DCO) in the day-to-day operations of the UHS Compliance Program.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct reviews or audits to ensure compliance with regulatory law and company policy/procedure. Collaborate at all levels of UHS corporate departments and facility employees in connection with performance of periodic audits, reviews and monitoring pursuant to the UHS Compliance Program. Collaborates with internal or external auditors in compliance reviews

  • Offer support on management and troubleshooting of corporate compliance hotline as needed. Assists with conducting compliance and privacy investigations, witness interviews, business document review and analysis and drafting of final reports as dictated by department and company needs. Assist with triage of hotline complaints as required by department and company needs

  • Provide day-to-day support to UHS facilities on compliance and privacy matters

  • Contribute to identification of policy and procedure updates and revisions consistent with developments in compliance regulatory changes and compliance investigation outcomes

  • Prepare management reports, data summaries and dashboards reflecting results of periodic auditing, monitoring, and review of compliance programs of UHS facilities and their respective operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years' of compliance and/or privacy experience required or combination of related experience, education, and transferable skills.

  • Certification of Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and/or Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) or comparable certification in progress or completed, preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, collaboration and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with all levels of company employees
  • Excellent computer skills on various systems
