Quality Engineering Manager - Bluetooth, Wireless Technologies u0026 Ecosystems

As a manager, you will lead a world class team to play a significant part in the development of Bluetooth products and ecosystems by engaging in a very collaborative, rapidly changing environment, wherein you will be required to work effectively and laser-focused in spite of ambiguity and dynamics in the requirements.

The candidate needs to show initiative, take ownership of the product, and assume responsibility for leading all the related aspects that need to be coordinated to achieve success. Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering You have 10+ years of experience in Bluetooth testing, with deep understanding of SW/FW validation processes and overall software development cycles You have an In-depth understanding and strong hands-on experience on building, deploying and updating test beds You have strong experience in system-level testing of radio co-existence (e.g., Wi-Fi and BT co-ex) in embedded devices Proven excellence in leading the investigation efforts post product launch Proficient understanding of the Bluetooth suite of protocols Excellent analytical and debugging skills Succeed in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while driving multiple projects across many teams Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering You have 5+ years leading a QE team, with track record of managing and delivering large scale projects including software features and new platforms You have proven excellence in leading the investigation efforts post product launch You have a proficient understanding of the Bluetooth suite of protocols Excellent analytical and debugging skills Succeed in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while driving multiple projects across many teams Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results
