The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Relionship Manager to partner with Quality, Regulory, and Technical Services teams within Rapid Diagnostics. In this highly visible role, you will shape and deliver IT stregy, ensuring innovive, compliant technology solutions th drive business value and support regulory excellence.

Wh Youll Work On

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, transling business stregy into an aligned IT roadmap and prioritized portfolio

  • Partner with Quality, Regulory, and Technical Services stakeholders to advance key systems (e.g., eQMS, CAPA, PLM, audit readiness, regulory submissions, and compliance training)

  • Lead demand intake, portfolio governance, and investment planning aligned to business priorities and regulory commitments

  • Ensure IT solutions meet regulory, validion, da privacy, and compliance requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, GxP)

  • Collabore with IT delivery, plform, and support teams to execute initiives and realize business value

  • Build and influence strong relionships across business, IT, and external vendor partners

  • Oversee program delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and escalions

  • Drive process improvements through scalable, compliant technology solutions across global cross-functional teams

  • Maintain governance and lifecycle controls for reguled systems, including validion, change management, and inspection readiness

  • Manage IT budgets, capital investments, and ROI while optimizing resource utilizion

  • Promote innovion through adoption of emerging technologies and continuous improvement initiives

Required Qualificions

  • Bachelors degree in Informion Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or reled field

  • 810 years of IT experience within a mid-to-large multinional life sciences organizion

  • Proven experience in IT business relionship management, stregy development, and portfolio management

  • Demonstred leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and/or complex programs

  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, including security and da privacy considerions

  • Experience working in reguled environments (e.g., GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11)

  • Excellent communicion, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, including senior leadership

  • Strong organizional skills with the ability to manage multiple initiives simultaneously

  • Experience managing vendors and external partners

Preferred Qualificions

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in relevant field)

  • Experience supporting Quality and/or Regulory functions within life sciences

  • Lean Six Sigma certificion or equivalent process improvement experience

  • Familiarity with IT control frameworks and da privacy regulions

  • Experience driving digital transformion or implementing enterprise systems in reguled environments

The base pay for this position is $113,300.00 $226,700.00. In specific locions, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
